Password is gone, Outlook just opens up... HELP?

Hi there,
Outlook just started opening up when I click on it.
I used to have it password protected as my kids use this computer also.
What would make things change, and how can I password protect it as it was?

A word of advice: give your kids their own accounts and make them Limited
Password-protect any Administrator accounts and do no give anyone the
password(s).

If Outlook is not prompting for the password, that is an indication that
Outlook is not closing even when you think it is. Use the Task Manager to
see if there is still an OUTLOOK.EXE process (on the Processes tab) running.
If so, that's the reason. This web page will help you find the cause:
