password help

i been having problems with my computer start up... as soon as i turn my
computer on, this password thing appears... i cant get it off, i cant even
see what im writing... so i want to know how do i disactivate this blocking,
what do i have to do to enable it? ( i can only try 3 times and then i have
to restart) **is not the user's name, is before when the computer is warmion
up**
