password for a picture?

In WinPro Pro, how do you put a password in a picture so that it can be
viewed only by the password owner?
 
You can't unless you get some odd add-on software which I would not recommend.

You can put it in an encrypted folder and then it can only be viewed when
you log on as yourself. Make a new folder, right-click it and choose 'sharing
and security'. Mark the 'Make this folder private' checkbox and more the
picture in there
