password expired window

how to disable the pop up windows "password is expired" for normal user
account
on my XPE.

From command line you can use:
- cusrmgr.exe (Console User Manager) to change account info (cusrmgr.exe -u UserName +s PasswordNeverExpires).
- net.exe (net.exe accounts /maxpwage:unlimited).
