password change

I administer a WIN2003/IIS/FPSE (stand-alone) server in our office. My users
are unable to change their passwords using the FrontPage Toos|Server|Change
Password selection...it's grayed out. I've only recently begun to require
regular changing of passwords, so I don't know that it ever worked. Please
advise if you have suggestions.

They can only do that if you give them Administrator rights. If they only
have Author and Browse it won't be available.
