Passport Network for password recovery

I was told if I signed up for Windows Live account it would give me access to
Passport Network. From there I could recover my lost password to Money 2006.
1. Firstly, can I recover my Money 2006 password from Passport Network? 2.
If so, how do I access Passport Network from my Windows Live account?

This is a Net developer, which has very few to do with Money 2006. Can you
try to search for that a better newsgroup in the way you found this one.
