"passive Voice usage warning"

while using MS word or excell I am getting "use of passive voice, consider
revising your sentence" warning. It is very annoying because I am using for
question and answer format. Any body know how to turn off or hold for that
document? please show me how to take care of this pesty warning.
 
In Word, click on Tools | Options | Spelling & Grammar | Settings | uncheck
the "Passive sentences" box | OK.
