Passive & Active FTP

Hi everyone,

Could someone please tell me how can I set Active/Passive FTP behaviour in
Win2k and NT4?

Registry setting perhaps?

Sorry I missled you,

I ment for command-line ftp.exe.
I want it to be able to use *only* active mode.

client:21 !syn <-> server:21
client:20 <-> server:20 !syn

(rough idea)
