Passchange Program

Every time I start up my system, I get a message that says that
"Passchange.exe has stopped working." and that Microsoft is determining the
problem and will provide a solution.

However no solution has been made.

Does anyone know how I address this problem?
 
Open Windows Defender, Software Explorer (under Tools) and uncheck it so it
doesn't start up at boot. It seems to have something to do with your changing
password for your college or work network. Ask about it at school or work or
uninstall the program that created it.
