Not with a password ( except as a Zip'd module ), but if other users
are "Limited" and yours is an Administrator level you could restrict the
access with ACL ( Access Control Lists ). That type of protection is
easier to establish/work with on XP Professional which more tiers of
accounts than Home ( Limited/Administrator ).
Best way to restrict content is with a Password encrypted Flash drive
that you can remove when not required.
