I have a Dell Computer that came preloaded with Corel WordPerfect 11.
WordPerfect decided not to print at all or to take over 5 minutes to
initiate the printer.

Okay, go to Corel Web Site and I find there two Patches for Dell furnished
WordPerfect 11 to fix this problem. However after downloading the files,
they will not run.
Error Message: "This Patch File cannot be opened. Contact the Application
Vendor to verify that it is a Valid Patch file"

Okay, I write Corel and they inform me that Dell provided the WordPerfect
Software and they do not answer questions on this product,
Okay, I write to Dell and they inform me that Dell provides email help only
on the hardware they sell. Help on the Software is available on a per-pay
basis starting at $2.95 USD per minute (including hold time). I can of
course use the support web page for free. But the support page only gives
me the same two patch files.

PS All other programs print perfectly on all printers. WordPerfect acts
the same on two machines and 4 printers (two on each machine). I only use
WordPerfect to teach a class on word processing at a computer club. MS Word
is my word processor of choice. If it were not for the class, I would
uninstall WordPerfect.

By the way, the files that are provided at patches are: WP11SP1DOEM.msp &
WP11SP1DOEM.msp
Does anyone know what the "msp" extension represents.
