Pasmo 0.3.0 - A multi-platform Z80 cross assembler.

About:
Pasmo is a multi-platform Z80 cross assembler that is simple to compile
and easy to use.

Changes:
This release adds macro support, with MACRO, REPT, IRP, ENDM, and EXITM
directives. There is also a new DEFL directive to allow redefinable
variables, and some minor changes and bugfixes.
