Partiton manager that is compatible with vista?

I would like one that is like partition magic, meaning
that it has a GUI working on top of windows...
(yes I know its better to not do it from within the OS,
but this is for a novice, not me)

Have you tried Vista's own disk management to see if it will fill your
needs?

Check out the built in disk management tools. They can do much of what
partition magic could do (I.e. resize existing partitions, etc).
