partition size limitations?

Running Win98se on an 80GB dv partitioned into two 40GB.
Bought a 120GB WD dv and used the WD s/w to temporarily create a 24GB bootable
partition on it.
Now I want to make it one big drive. I used my old PartitionMagic V4 to resize
the partition to include the rest of the 90GB free space.
It will only allow a maximum partition size of 65546.4MB.
Is this limitation due to Win98se, PartitionMagic or the Bios?

Yes, they certainly do. Sorry, too cryptic originally.
Nah - not too cryptic. Just didn't know whether you meant all versions of PM or
my version was just too old.
Thanks for the info Rod.
