I have several Image Files of some Partions on my H/D which have been
created while the partitions in question have been formatted as FAT32.

I would now like to change these to NTFS ( I am running W2K).

If I do this and , say , the partition later developed problems which
necessitated using the Image File which had been created when the
partition was formatted in FAT32 , would this work without damage to
the data.?

If you want to restore the entire image, you'd basically have
to restore it as FAT32 again, and then convert it to NTFS again.

If you just want to get a few files out of the image
using the Image Explorer, that will work fine.
