partions

during installation of windows XP three partions were
created from my 2nd hard drive (D:\. now my pc thinks it
has a (E:\);(F:\);(G:\).

(D:\) reads 2.00GB FAT Healthy(active), DISK 1 PART02(E:)
2.00GB FAT Healthy(Boot), DISK 1 PART03(F:)2.00GB FAT
Healthy, DISK 1 PART04(G:)1.84GB FAT Healthy

So can you help a guy out with a problem like this?
This is one i cant figure out, please help!
 
Looks like a small older HDD. Did you have the cylinder limiter jumper in place?
