I have changed the colors on my background and fonts but some how part of it
when a pop up window comes up is completely white other then the click to
accept for example, or when I need to make an edit in sending an email it is
white but I place the cursor over the box and it says what the item is, how
can i fix this so I may read the text? Any one know I am obviously not a
computer wizard

Check the color setting for Tooltips.

How do I ck the tool tip colors? and this only happens with my yahoo email
thru internet explorer. It is a white square with no text in it.

Open Display Properties, change the current theme to the "Windows XP" theme.

If you like your current theme and want to work with it, click the
Appearance tab, Advanced button, and click the "Message Box", and the
"Text Box" graphic. If either font color is other than black, change it
to black. Then look through the "Item list", clicking each item to see
the color of each font. The headers for some of the windows should be
white on blue, of course.
