Part of Help and Support in wrong language.. Can i change that?

Hi,

I got my system with a copy of Windows Media Center Edition 2005 from a
large pc manufacturer.
After some time, i wanted to reinstall but but discovered the disc was
damaged, so i contacted the manufacturer. They told me they don't send a
replacement disc after 21 days.
So, i contacted Microsoft then, and heard they could not help me because i
have to contact my OEM supplier, but that if i could aquire specific files
needed for the OEM/manufacturer version, i can change any XPMCE2005 disc to
a version that accepts my OEM key and activation.

So, i used a spare OEM copy of XPMCE2005 and added the files that would make
it work for my system. (Got it from a friend)
It installed fine, and it dit work with my key and activation, however i
noticed 1 strange thing:

In "Help and Support", while the language of the content is correct, some
texts are in the wrong language!
The "search" text is 'Suchen' instead of 'Zoeken', "Help and Support" is
'Hilfe und Support' instead of 'Help en Ondersteuning'
It's German instead of Dutch.. Also i noticed the text is "Windows XP Media
Center Edition 2004", while it is the 2005 version!

The copy of my XPMCE is Dutch (NL), the files i got were of a US copy.

Any way to correct this? It's merely cosmetic, but if i can change it
somehow..

The files i was told i needed:

-------- The needed files ---------
In folder \I386:
DPCDLL.DL_
EULA.TXT
NT5INF.CA_
OEMBIOS.BI_
OEMBIOS.CA_
OEMBIOS.DA_
OEMBIOS.SI_
PIDGEN.DLL
SETUPP.INI
SETUPREG.HIV
UNATTEND.TXT
WINNT.SIF

In folder I386\WIN9XUPG:
WIN95UPG.INF

Thanks,

Allegro.
