Parser Message at startup of Windows

Hello all,

I have run into a strange problem just in the last 3 days. At the startup
of Windows, there is an error message that says: "parser message value
creation failed at line item 906. After clicking "ok" several times, I then
get a message that says: Windows cannot load locally stored profile...Logging
in with temp profile. At that point I can barely use the computer and have a
heck of a time getting online. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could
be causing this?
