Parental Controls on standard account

how can I set up parental controls on a standard account so my cousin won't
get in to stuff.
like monitor him or log what he does.

To set up parental controls, you need to be an administrator. You can set up parental controls for anyone with a standard account on the computer through the Parental Controls control panel.
