What kind of parental control? To start with make sure that any user you
want to restrict has their own user account and is not a member of the
administrators group. To do that enter lusrmgr.msc in the run box and then
access the help menu if you need more information on managing users and
groups. Otherwise for internet access control you may want to use one of the
third party software packages such as Net Nanny. -- Steve
