Pardon dictionary now shareware - any links to free version?

Pardon v3 has now gone shareware. Does anyone know of download links to the old v2.1? I want
to add it to my freeware site (Scott's Freeware Goodies), but don't have enough space left on my
ISP's server.

Otherwise, can somebody recommend a decent free web site where I can upload freeware files?
Ones banning direct linking are okay - I'm happy to put links to actual pages instead of files.
I'm looking at anything from 10 MB upwards - it doesn't have to have massive storage. Also
important is that it allows a fair amount of downloads without a bandwidth exceeded for the day
message.
