paraphrase feature of Word should be included.

Why not include a paraphrase feature. That would be great for me when writing
reports.

What version of Word are you using? Choose Tools - Writing Tools -
Paraphrase. Or, if you're feeling a bit bolder, use Tools - Writing Tools -
Plagiarize. If these commands don't show up on your menu, then you probably
didn't install the Writing Tools feature. Rerun Word's Setup program. If
you're using Word 2003 or earlier, however, don't bother. It's not there.

There is, by the way, a Tools - AutoSummarize feature. It works, I suspect,
about as well as the Paraphrase command will work when/if it ever gets
created... which is to say, not terribly well.

I suspect Word would paraphrase about as well as babelfish translates.
