parallel install

I searched, but not well enough apparently. But anyone
have links, within the ms site, about parallel install's?
Like how to do it and what it actually does, like what
folders/files it replaces, what destructive properties it
has, etc. thanks for any info

One very nasty issue is the multiple profile.MachineName(s) entries you'll get under Documents and Settings. It's always very easy identifying a machine that has had a parallel install done to it. Look at entries under Documents and Settings and there it is. I suggest you avoid it if you can.
