I don't know.... for the Do Amazing Things book, I submitted my work to
Microsoft Press using Word documents. For the Zero to Hero book, I submitted
just plain text files to Friends of Ed for publishing.
What software they used at their end.... I don't know. The final thing I saw
from Microsoft Press were pdf files.
