I have used this with XP with great success and no problems. However, with
Vista I seem to have a problem with Windows Mail. When I first start using
the email, it works fine however after a while it stops and I get the
following errors:

When receiving:
Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'mail.comcast.net', Protocol: POP3,
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19

When sending:

Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19

The tech people at Panda finally acknowledged it is a problem they are
having (after a week or so of going back and forth with them) and said they
are working diligently on a fix. That was a week ago. They also said that a
number of people are experiencing the same problem.

I didn't see anything about it from anyone here in the discussion group. Is
that true?

Also, even if no one has talked about it, is anyone else experiencing these
issues?

One year later: I have exactly the same problem with my Windows Mail V/S
Windows Vista. Panda can´t present a good solution. Isn´t that strange,
after one year? Any comments?

My crystal ball is away for repair, " I have exactly the same problem",
since you were so inept as to not include the "original problem" in your
reply, Oh I give up!

Put the PC back in the box and ask for your money back.

Buy a pen and pencil set.
