Panda Antivirus, Incredimail and XP

After upgrading to XP my panda antivirus is not scanning
my email as it downloads. I use Incredimail for my email
program and had no problems with this before upgrading to
XP. I have re-intalled Panda and Incredimail and still
it doesn't scan the email as it downloads for when it
sends out new email. It did all these functions before
upgrading to XP. So far, the upgrade has been a total
nightmare. Anyone got any ideas? I've searched the
FAQ's on Microsoft wedsite, Panda website, and
Incredimail website with no helpful information.

Hi, I have the same problem with Panda, worked fine with all the betas, Panda
sent me information to uninstall including major manual registry edits, still
no joy, autoupates from panda indicate that they are working, but the
permanent file protection will not load, nor will the panda antivirus serve
keep running, starts and then stops. any suggestions on a new anti virus?
