Pan/zoom quality

Is there a difference in the quality of the images when pan/zoom is used in
MM versus Photo Story?

When a video in photo story is imported into MM, is there any dedgraded of
the image quality?

yes, there is always some degradation of video clips when they are
re-rendered when using compression.... as a rule of thumb, you'll end up
with higher quality by making a clip in PhotoStory and using it as part of a
movie project versus doing the same thing totally within Movie Maker.
