palsied mouse

was fine. desktop dell. shakes and moves all over start up sceen. one a user
is selected it works fine. bought a new mouse and same problem. restored
puter to earlier time, reinstalled drivers to no avail.

Check for malware with updated and current antivirus program, Ad-Aware
and Spybot S&D. Update and scan with all in Safe Mode.
