PAl 60hz recording problem AIW RADEON

Hello

I am trying to record NTSC tapes played on a PAL/NTSC VHS
it means that the NTSC signal is coded in PAL 60 Hz (60 frames per sec as
NTSC) but the color carrier is the one used in PAL.

Playback on PC monitor works fine, but recoding gives a flickering image
with colors wich are not as good as playback. The quality of teh recording
is bad.

Does anybody have the same problem
?

Perhaps it is a Macrovision-problem? Are the tapes commercial movie tapes?
