Pages won't print correctly--cut off

Julie J

All the pages in my website get cut off on the right side
when I print them. Everything gets moved over from the
left side, like it is being pushed to the right. The
margins are set properly as far as I can see. What am I
doing wrong. My home site works perfectly, used the same
version of FP. Can anyone help?

Not an FP issue. Printer margin settings.

Are you testing on the same printer & model and are the margin the set the same?

This will continue to be a problem since not all your visitors
will have the same printer or printer settings.

One solution is to create a pdf file of the web page you want
to print.

Another option is to use a print stylishness and size your page in inches
and points for printing. That lets you keep your screen friendly percents
and still have a page that punts well. Otherwise keep your page watch to
approx. 670px if you want to have it print on a standard 8.5x11 inch piece
of paper.
