pages will not print with quality resolution

my pages look great in my browser or design view, but will not print with
quality resolution. i have a HP Laserjet 2100 and HP Photosmart 8450.

is there a way to print all pages of a website at once?

2) Actually in IE use File Print (Options tab) to print all pages linked to home page
