page's lifecycle

At which stage in the page's lifecycle should you ensure
that all file handles are closed?

I felt in the dispose
Am i right if not where?
 
Hi,

Are you talking about VB.net and C#

Then you are normaly not dealing with the file handles and then is the anwer
as far as I understand you "never".
