Pages are wrong size when viewed on internet

I'm kinda new to Frontpage 2002,and I can't figure out how to make the pages of my new website -- which look good in FP -- be the right size when they are viewed on the internet. On the web, they are too big for the screen. Someone told me there should be an option that I can turn on that will make the web site pages fit anyones monitor..?
 
You need to rebuild your pages in 100% width tables
