Hi everyone,

I have this problem,

my PC which is part of a domain uses XP pro, now it is very slow, i have
done scan through my antivirus and nothing is cought, when i check my Windows
Task manager under processes i notice the following


username CPU mem usage
Pagent.exe System 00 90,000

it is slowing the PC and i dont know what is that

Any help?

Do you have Panda AV ?

If you do you can disable this service; Execute; services.msc
Find the service that loads PAGENT.EXE and set set it to start disabled and stop the
service.

spyware ...do you have any spyware/malware scanners? (spybot search and
destroy , adaware,etc.)

Possibly spyware: there seem to be several different pagent.exe
programs, most of them not spyware. One, for example, holds SSH keys,
and one is something to do with an anti-virus program.
