my File folder that I have my Uncompressed files and Movies in will not stay
open.... No other Folder dose this....
I thought it might be because Bit Torrent kept accessing the folder to write
files but it opened fine before.
I thought it was a Corrupted Explorer.exe but Reinstalling Win XP home did
Squat...
any Idea why the folder keeps Quitting and it also causes the screen to go
blank except for the Current Window on top.
the Folder is 51Gb of space..... on a Maxtor 6Y080L0

If you tell me to Consult FAQ at Torrent that is Useless it tells you
nothing.... and Even if it Did which I doubt.... is this not a Windows Based
System and the Program still uses Windows calls in order to work with
windows???

Question-----------------------------------------------------------

Mary..... I have Consulted the FAQ in Torrent there is no such Reference....

I need Help not Lame Smartass stuff.....

Usual Methods and Increasing the page File space did not work.....

Need other methods of stableising the Open window and the Explorer...

I think the Problem is that the Page File memory is too small and it is
causing the Folder to Crash.... I think this because I went form Custom Page
File size to System Allocated and it stayed open longer but it still
crashed, All I can think of is puting the page file High so it will keep the
folder open...........
Sould I give the Max and min Page files to the system, not the program and
hope for the best?
Is there any way to beable to Desplay a Folders Contents without haveing the
Entire Folder in memory?
I have guessed that this is why it will not stay open it is running out of
memory and it is making Explorer and the folder Quit and Restart....Right?

Are you allowing Windows to manages your page file? Any memory boosters?

What size does your pagefile actually get to? You may check on pagefile
(virtual
memory) usage with Page File Monitor for XP:

Check your setting for the Indexing Service. Start, Administrative Tools,
Services, Indexing
Service. The default setting is Manual. Check that it is not running. More
information here:

Are there any error messages in Event Viewer? You can access Event Viewer by
selecting Start,
Administrative Tools, and Event Viewer. When researching the meaning of the
error, information
regarding Event ID: and Source Description is important.
