I have forgot how to change the sawp file's partition and where to go to
turn it on and off. How do I do this again?

Maybe what you need is Start, Settings, Control Panel, System,
Advanced, (Performance) Settings, Advanced, (Virtual Memory) Change.

Right click My Computer - Properties - Advanced tab - Performance Settings
button - Advanced tab

It's under Virtual Memory
