An error pops up at startup, the pagefile is missing or
too small. change the settings under system > advance >
performance settings > advanced does not fix the
problem. In the Knowldge base there are instructions to
fix the problem by fixing the security settings, while in
safe mode, this does not work. And its a Dell
 
If the system has an intel chipset then the intel accelerator from
www.intel.com might help. You should contact Dell Support and see what they
have to say.
