Page view on screen

The view changed on my screen. I used to see the vertical margins for so I
could move the margin using the margin control at the left of the screen and
move the first line higher but something happened and now all the pages are
continuous. Ie they do not show the remaining empty part of a page but at
the end of the imput of a page it immediately shows the break to the next
page and I dont see the vertical margin at the left of the screen.

How can I change it back.
