page transitions page enter but not site enter

I can get page enter to work but not site enter. It just defaults back to
what it was previously.

Any suggestions please

Did you remember to remove the Page Enter first?
Page Transitions is a waste of time so most people turn it off.

Yes, have tried setting it to "no effect" and then trying to set it to site
enter, but it just defaults back to what it was before.

I know page transitions aren't very popular, but nevertheless they're there
and I would like to use site enter on one particular page of a website.

Try removing the current one, then Tools | Recalculate Hyperlinks, then add the one you want.
