Page title changes to URL on FP2003 open

Bear with me - I am having troubles describing this issue.
Every time I open Front Page 2003, any open browsers
(which display page title) change from the title to the
actual URL. Doesn't sound like a big problem, but when you
are working with a dozen or so open browsers & they all
change to what appears as the same address it makes things
a bit more time consuming. Anyone else experiencing this?

Are the browser URLs or Titles changing
Are you previewing from FP w/i a FP Site?

The title in the browser changes to (http://whatever-the-
url-is.com), as well as in my task bar. If it helps I am
running XP pro. This only happens when I have a browser or
many browsers open & then open MS FP2003. It does not
happen once MS FP2003 is open & I decide to open another
instance. Only on the initial opening of MS FP2003. So my
work around has been to open MS FP2003 first & then open
the browsers as I need them. MS FP2002 did not have this
issue.

I can't replicate the error w/ 3 IE browser windows and 2 versions of NN open (all to different site)
