page size

I have a excel file that should print out and fill the page but only prints
to 65% of the page. Please help as i can not find the setting to fix it.

file>print area>clear print area
high light the area you want to print
File>print area>set print area

the excel file was design before we updated the windows xp to sp2. before
that the page print was ok
