Page numbers in TOC

I want to autogenerate a TOC for a large manual. Each chapter has a page
format of chapter-page. For example, page 5 of Chapter 12 is numbered as
12-5. When I create the TOC, the numbers are shown in the 1,2,3 format. How
do I get the page numbers to appear as they do within the chapters?

If you want the chapter numbers to appear in the TOC, then they must be
included in the page number using the "Include chapter number" option. See
