page numbers in an index

Hi:

Word is not conflating the page numbers in my index. Instead of seeing
48-50, for eaxmple, I have 48, 49, 50. How can I get Word to conflate these
lists of page numbers?

If you want to include a range in the index, you must bookmark the range and
insert the bookmark name in the XE field.
