Hi!
Is it possible to place any text next to page number in the Table of content
so, that it repeats automatically in each row of the table of content? For
example,
Title1........Page 1
Title2........Page 3
The question is how to put word "Page"?

Hello Irina

There's no predefined way to do that. You could edit the result of the
TOC field and lock it afterwards (or loose the inserted word each time
the TOC updates), or create a VBA solution that adds the word.

OTOH, you should have a good reason to do that. And I don't see it here
(i.e., every reader who's read a book before most probably knows that
"1", "3", etc. there are actually _page numbers_).

Hi. Here's a way to do what you are asking, if I understand your question:

Create the table of contents
Select the table of contents
Click Edit>Replace (2003) or Home>Replace (2007)
Click Special on the Find and Replace window
Click Tab Character on the menu that appears. Word places ^t in the Find
what and Replace with fields.
Add Page (space) after ^t in the Replace with field. Looks like this: ^tPage
Click Replace.

Hope this helps!
