Page numbers 1-1, 1-2 etc in TOC

My document has page numbers by Chapter: 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, 2-2, and so on. How
do I get the chapter and page number to show up in the table of contents.
Right now I just get 1,2,3 then 1,2,3 again next chapter.
 
To get chapter numbers in the TOC, you must have added them to the page
number using the "Include chapter number" feature. See
