Microsoft Word - I have a document that I want to not have a page number on
the 1st page but I want the second page to start at 1 but include the first
page in the total number of pages. How do I do this?

For this situation only, you can select "Different first page" on the Layout
tab of Page Setup, then leave the First Page Header/Footer empty. Put your
page number in the Header/Footer beginning on page 2 (using the Insert Page
Number button on the Header and Footer toolbar) and then click the Format
Page Number button and set your numbering to start from 0.
