Page numbering

When inserting pages numbers the last two pages are number
the same, is there a way to fix this problems

In which program does this happen? Are you using just the page number or are
you using the Page x of y (eg Page 5 of 12) . If you are doing this latter
in Word with Autotext then it can go wrong - though not always. Type the
words Page and Of and use 2 fields instead, using the Insert Page Number and
Insert Number of Pages menu buttons in the View, Header Footer toolbar.

If you are using Access that can be buggy too sometimes. Tell us if you are
