How do I view my page margins on my worksheet? No dotted line.

Your question is a bit pithy, so I'm not sure if I understand correctly.
If you go to Print Preview you will see an image of the printed page. There
is a button that will turn the margin cross-wires on/off.
When you exit Print Preview, dotted lines appear at the appropriate
row/column boundaries to show which cells fit on each page.

If in normal view make sure Tools>Options>View
Window Options "Pagebreaks" is enabled.

If in View>Pagebreak Preview, maybe you have no printrange set.

If in PrintPreview perhaps you have the "Margins" view disabled. Click the
"Margins" button to enable view.
