Page loss

I have lost one of my pages in FrontPage. I tried copying it from the actual
website but it won't save even thought it appears to save. I close the
FrontPage and go back into the page and it's blank?? How do I restore this??
 
If the web on the host server is valid (good copy) just Publish it back down to your local machine.
